Fortify follows global best practices when it comes to security processes and practices within the organization. Fortify is compliant withBS7799 standard, the international standard for information and physical security controls. Data protection is one of the key challenges, which Fortify has been able to address in a variety of different ways, suiting specific customer requirements. A robust, flexible and scalable internal IT infrastructure with risk assessment based security controls embedded at the design stage makes the offshore development center experience manageable and secure.

Risks related to natural / manmade contingencies are evaluated on a periodic basis at Fortify and suitable plans are drawn up for implementation at appropriate points of time. Fortify has well defined business continuity and disaster recovery plans for its business operations. Suitable measures at the infrastructure, people, and process and technology levels are designed and implemented in the infrastructure to facilitate speedy recovery in case of any emergencies. Regular evacuation type drills are also carried out for testing the plans.
